Create a new ticket section.
Options:
section_nameโ Name of the sectionlog_channelโ Channel where ticket logs will be posted
- Section Emoji
- Section Image (URL)
- Manager Roles โ Comma-separated Role IDs (
roleid1,roleid2) - Support Roles โ Comma-separated Role IDs (
roleid1,roleid2) - Required Roles โ Comma-separated Role IDs (
roleid1,roleid2)
/setup
Initialize the ticket panel.
Youโll be prompted to choose between:
- Buttons
- Select Menu
/checkuser
Check a userโs ticket activity.
Options:
userโ The user to inspect
- Number of tickets opened
- Admin history
- Claim and rating points (if applicable)
/removesection
Remove an existing ticket section.
Displays a menu of all sections for you to select which one to delete.
