/newsection

Create a new ticket section. Options:
  • section_name โ€” Name of the section
  • log_channel โ€” Channel where ticket logs will be posted
Once executed, a modal will appear requesting:
  • Section Emoji
  • Section Image (URL)
  • Manager Roles โ€” Comma-separated Role IDs (roleid1,roleid2)
  • Support Roles โ€” Comma-separated Role IDs (roleid1,roleid2)
  • Required Roles โ€” Comma-separated Role IDs (roleid1,roleid2)

/setup

Initialize the ticket panel. Youโ€™ll be prompted to choose between:
  • Buttons
  • Select Menu
After choosing the format, youโ€™ll select the sections to include in the ticket panel.

/checkuser

Check a userโ€™s ticket activity. Options:
  • user โ€” The user to inspect
Shows:
  • Number of tickets opened
  • Admin history
  • Claim and rating points (if applicable)

/removesection

Remove an existing ticket section. Displays a menu of all sections for you to select which one to delete.

  • โž• Add User to Ticket
  • โž– Remove User from Ticket

  • ๐Ÿ“จ Send Message to User
  • ๐Ÿ”” Summon User
  • โญ Request Rating
