Initializes the status display for your server.

Sends a setup embed to the current channel.
After setup, the bot automatically updates this message at the configured interval.
All customization and update behavior is controlled through your config.js file.

Once setup is complete:

The bot periodically fetches your server status
The embed message is automatically edited with the latest data (players, status, ping, etc.)
No manual intervention needed — just configure and go
