Create a new application section.

First Modal:

Prompts the admin for:
  • Section Name
  • Section Emoji (๐Ÿค– or if u want to put a custom emoji u can put the emoji id <:SuperALTS_Logo:1354848077143605313>)
  • Manager Roles Comma-separated Role IDs (roleid1,roleid2)
  • Section Channel
  • Accepted Roles Comma-separated Role IDs (roleid1,roleid2)

Second Modal:

After creating the section, the bot will ask for application questions in a structured format. Format:

Notes:
  • question โ€“ The question to display
  • placeholder โ€“ Text shown inside the input before typing
  • style โ€“ Input type: SHORT for single-line, PARAGRAPH for multi-line
  • required โ€“ true if mandatory, false if optional
  • min / max โ€“ Character count limits

/setupapplication

Set up an application panel. Options:
  • description โ€” Embed description
  • image โ€” Embed image URL (has to be a link that start with https://)
  • thumbnail โ€” Embed thumbnail URL (has to be a link that start with https://)
  • color โ€” Embed color (#HEX)
  • buttoncolor โ€” Button color (blue, gray, green, red)
After submitting, youโ€™ll be asked:
  1. Choose Buttons or Select Menu for the interaction style.
  2. Select which sections to include in the panel.

Update application status for a section. Options:
  • section โ€” The section to update
  • status โ€” Either Open or Close

/blacklist

Add or remove users from applying. Options:
  • type โ€” Either Add or Remove
  • user โ€” Target user

Displays a menu with all existing sections for you to select and remove.

After submitting an application, the panel will include:

  • Automatically assigns the user their acceptance role
  • Allows an optional custom message to be included

โŒ Decline

  • Requires a reason for rejection
  • Sends the message to the applicant
